Forecast (Monday’s Minute of Meditation)

Meditation helps reduce stress.  you have to make an effort.  Let those stressful thoughts come, overwhelm and agitate, but then let them go.

I would like to know what is going to happen next.  Could use a cut to the happy ending, so I’m sure I’m watching the right film.

Yesterday, although cold, I sat outside for a while with the sun on my face.  Allowed for that good although I knew the forecast was dismal.

There’s snow on the ground this morning.

Trying to be patient for the shift in winds.
