Call in. Pull the covers up over your head. Sleep.
Talked myself out of that unhealthy tiredness every day this week, sometimes twice in the same day.
And every moment spent at the dojang, whether working or teaching or practicing, made me feel better. But I think, for me this week, exercise was the key. It is not always easy to get up and move but our bodies need that release.
Let it out. Let it go. And then we can rest because we are physically tired, not mentally stressed.
