Bedtime (Monday’s Minute of Meditation)

It’s late. 

A zillion and one things to do today and the only things accomplished were not on the list.

Sometimes we need to take that moment before trying to sleep.  Breathe deeply.  Focus a moment on what you did do.  Think about what is on your list for tomorrow.  Plan out your dream for tonight.  And then, let all those things go and concentrate on now;  how your body feels, how you are sitting, how your breath sounds and how your heart beats.
