Power Scream

Can’t say I’ve ever had trouble with volume.

But it is intimidating, even frightening, for many people – letting out that keop, that yell, that power.

We talk about the why’s with our students.  Generates more energy, reminds us to breathe, brings focus to a movement, encourages and demonstrates confidence and a ‘don’t mess with me’ demeanor.

And it takes many of us outside of our comfort zone.  To a place where someone might notice us.
