Meditation is learning to be present in the moment. But now can be difficult. Stuck in the past or wanting what’s coming next, we miss out on today.
I could swing for hours.
Now, even a short spell back and forth makes me nauseous.
Time’s obligation to change does not always rank in the for better column. And there may not be a reason, a justification or sense to it. It is simply the way things are.
But we can not be brought low. There are other things to do at the park. Focus on what we can do.
