On the importance of movement

After only ten days and four classes, they can not believe how good they feel.

There’s no denying it is an extraordinary positive environment.  But mostly they needed to move.

Some weren’t moving at all. Some in the wrong direction.  Some lacking enthusiasm or a chance for real growth.

It starts with a small movement…and then grows.
