Morning Stretch

Return to a routine.  First thing in the morning.  If I wait til second thing it doesn’t happen.  If I skip in the morning, not as likely to do anything in the evening.

Leg lifts, back twist, breathing, 100 sit ups, as many push ups as my shoulders will tolerate – if it’s none, hold the plank and then do arm circles, throw in whatever else feels right and a little more breathing.

Takes maybe 15 minutes.

But then I do better the entire day.
